Steel Services

Ornamental Gates, Stairs, Railings, Awnings, Glass Doors, Walls

The material used for these projects can be made from stainless steel, aluminum, glass, bronze, and wrought iron to name a few. For your specific project, we can combine the materials to make your project unique just for you.

Steel Sandblasting

This is the act of propelling very fine particles of an abrasive material at high velocity toward a surface in order to clean or etch it. Sandblasting is often used as a way to prepare a surface prior to painting. It is commonly used to strip paint from machinery and metal, but it has many other uses as well.

While we do our own sandblasting, priming and generic painting in our shop, painting is not our specialty. We send our metals off for powder coating, anodized, tnemec, hot dip galvanizing and other specialty painting services. It is our goal to provide you the best quality and craftsmanship possible.

Steel Painting

We can offer a wide range of technical coating systems to handle whatever your project requires. These include corrosion resistant, solvent free, and low VOC (Green) coating systems, along with numerous others.

Welding

We perform all types of welding including stick(SMAW), MIG(GMAW), TIG(GTAW), Brazing, Flux Cord(FCAW), Oxy Acetylene Cutting, Plasma Cutting. Bending, Shearing metal plate and sheets.

We ensure that all of our Shop and Field hands are safety certified (OSHA 10) and Josh Campi is our shop CWI. Safety is our top priority!

Miscellaneous Metals

These include steel items such as stairs, handrails, curb angles, hangars, ladders, mansard frames, and supports for mechanical units. These items define the scope of work that will forever be known as miscellaneous steel or miscellaneous iron or miscellaneous metals. Misc. Metals are typically “non-structural” metal components.

We offer extensive experience in this area.

Structural Steel

Commercial, Residential steel support framing. It’s the skeleton of the building. Usually I Beams with cross members which are very stiff in respect to their cross-sectional. Some of the structural steel projects our company routinely does are banks, schools, restaurants, office buildings, mechanical equipment supports, churches to name a few.

Interior Structural Support- This would include but not limited to support for commercial sinks, vanities, counter tops, mill work supports, cabinetry, shelves, interior wall beams and columns, sliding glass doors, operable partition doors and glass curtain walls. These would be the typical types of projects we specialize in but are not limited too.
